Tom and his team listed and sold our home in Parker, Texas. Tom was very professional in all of our transactions with him. He was patient and helpful answering our many questions. He writes a newsletter, periodically, to all his clients that lets you see how many showings other clients have had in comparison to you. Also, it helps you see how the market in your area is doing. I truly believe that his web site is the best in the nation. Tom uses professional people to take pictures of the home and do the detail description of each home. These items are what the public sees but you cannot appreciate the time and thought process that is involved to get the final result. For example, lighting is so important along with the angles and time of day pictures are taken. Tom's listings are a "Trailer" like you see at the movies promoting the full movie before the movie is released.The trailer (listing) make you want to see the actual home as quickly as possible. The listing is just the beginning of the process with Tom. What I really appreciate is that he will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. He will tell you the truth-not only in working with a client (Seller) but also working with a Client (Buyer). I think Tom tries to please his client, promote the product, follow up on all inquiries, and most importantly -" close the deal" in a timely fashion better than any realtor I have been associated with in the greater Dallas area.
