I met Tom through Zillow when searching for a buildable lot near Chicagoland and suburbs. I must let everyone know that Tom did a wonderful job that was quick, effective and rewarding given the fact that the lot finally we bought was the cheapest possible being a bank-owned one that also caused associated problems of having no survey, as-is condition, errors in description about the size, and lackluster responses from the seller at times. But Tom did resolve all areas of unknown and unresolved matters quickly and the deal closed within less than a month. He also helped me find the services of Surveyor, Attorney and promised to help me in next phase of actual home building. Thanks Tom for all the things you did for us. I would recommend Tom for any realty related activities to all. By the way, he also helped me discover a nice eatery place in Geneva, IL on the final day of closing where we had finest brunch ever (Egg Harbor Cafe).
