I have done business with a lot of agents but...
I have done business with a lot of agents but Tom and IPE exceed the standards of a great agent and broker. Not only did he help me find an excellent rental property, his management skills are off the chart. After showing me a huge amount of properties he found the perfect fit. He has also assisted me in the sales of other rental properties with great success. I would definitely refer IPE and Tom Duncan for any and all real estate assistance and business. I will continue to use them for all my real estate needs.
