Tom Carraher brought me an opportunity. A condominium was listed for sale in Oak Park IL. The original owner had purchased two units from the developer and had them joined. Tom recognized that separating the unit back to two units held substantially greater value than the asking price. We purchased the property and sold the first unit without listing it.
