Tom came in and saved the day for us! We travelled 1,700 miles to be completely let down by another Agent, I called Tom out of the blue, explained our dilemma and he jumped right in, set up showings, had all the info printed out for each property. We loved one property and Tom did some skillful negotiations and got the closing done on time with 0 issues because we had to fly in for the closing so there was little room for error. Tom is absolutely fantastic!
