Tom was very knowledgeable of the area of St Petersburg we were most interested in but given his understanding of surrounding markets, he did give us a balanced perspective of other locations we should consider. I really like Tom's direct, transparent communication style. He was very responsive through the whole process from search through offer through close and went above and beyond with his team to help us with the location of several contractors and service providers we needed post close.
