Hi y'all! If you want to find a house in the Branson area, I highly recommend giving Tom a call. We were able to reach Tom outside of regular business hours to talk about a house I found online. Within a few hours, Tom had arranged a virtual tour of the house and grounds. Tom opened cabinets under the sinks, looked at the crawl space under the house and showed us where utilities came in....basically, everything we asked him to look at. We got a contract on the home that same day and we closed in 6 days! When we got to the home, it was exactly as Tom had described it. He is trustworthy, an excellent communicator, answers the phone when you call, responds quickly to text messages and works hard on your behalf to close the deal! I feel like without Tom being so on it and responsive, I may have lost this house and it is the PERFECT house for me! Thank you TOM!!!
