Visited my fiancee’s cousin. Looked at apartments on our own. As we were leaving the house across the street became available. Called him and went thru that house one time. Flew home and made an acceptable offer 4 days later for a ‘winter’ home. A multitude of questions right up to (and after) closing were promptly answered.
