Tom Bolles

We were in search of an investment property in Mill Valley when we met Tom Bolles. Shortly after our first meeting he attended a Frank Howard Allen buy/sell and learned about a property that had not yet come on the market. We immediately decided that the property he recommended in Tam Valley (a Mill Valley neighborhood) could work for us if we could negotiate the right price. Tom researched the property, including its tax records, lease agreements, and permit history, and helped us determine the potential investment value of the property. All of this enabled us to make a quick decision before the listing agent even put it on the market. He was very thorough and diligent in the entire process of negotiations, inspections, and closing the deal. Tom is goal oriented but remains very easy going. He makes things seem simple to his clients by solving issues before they become problems.
