He helped us negotiate an excellent deal on our property, connected us with highly competent third party service providers including a great broker, home inspector and banker, accompanied us on all home inspections and was extremely responsive (even while on vacation in Hawaii!). We were out of state during much of the process, and Tom went out of his way to be our eyes and ears on the ground - visiting the property whenever necessary, allaying any seller concerns and even processing paperwork at our bank when we realized there wasn't a branch in our area. Tom is a skilled negotiator and extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable.
