Tom helped the reviewer buy this property

Tom is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a hon.

He knows the entire area, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Los Gatos, Scott’s Valley. We looked at homes intermittently for over a year. His attention to detail and remembering what I did and didn’t like is amazing. Tom will point out “ imperfections “ that a buyer may not have noticed. I never felt pressured. He knows the business side of real estate. But more importantly he knows the neighborhoods, the traffic, the streets. He was very responsive and patient. His vast experience in real estate was very helpful. If he couldn’t answer a question he always got it answered I would highly recommend him
