Tom Bashe is Awesome!

I just LOVED Tom Bashe!!!! First off very professional in presenting himself from our first meeting! He had a book like binder with our home in it and then all the comps and info I needed to help me make an informed decision on listing price. Other realtors just shoot them out in an email but Tom had made this very professional binder like book for us!!! Right there said a lot!!! Second of all he cared what we wanted to make in our pocket not just selling it and not caring what we got. From that day forward Tom said he would show us offers that came in but he held out caring for my sister and I first, and made sure that what he sold it for would make what we wanted DOWN to the final dollar in our pocket. That’s honesty right there. I was blown away! He was always free to talk to and text with. He answered in minutes. I never had to wait for him. Everything he told us was honest!!!!! He never changed anything up or twisted information it was honest down to the last document. Nothing he ever said was different from what was promised. Our transaction was smooth he did all docs online and if we wanted to we could come in to the office too! I would HIGHLY recommend Tom as a realtor if u want an HONEST realtor down to the penny!!!! I was stressed Mom just died, Tom was compassionate with us and made this STRESS free selling moms home. I haven’t had a business dealing like this in years. Tom you are to be commended.
