Tom is the best of the best agent!!! Tom guided us through the whole process and answered every questions we had for our second house. He was easy to be in touch with and constantly available by email, text or phone. During our mortgage application, we were experienced some issues and Tom worked with us side by side to help us resolving each problems. In our new house, there was a little damage on hardwood floor that I need to fix as agreement with the seller. However, after I bought the house, Tom took his time to get the same hardwood floor that was build for this house and got hardwood floor guys taking care everything for us ( Thank you!!! ).
