Tom was a real champ! He was really optimistic that we would find all of our wants within our price range and sure enough we did! He was great at guiding through the process and making our offer stand out in a really competitive market! He even was a sport about being added to our large family “group text” with everyone firing questions and demands at him! He quickly and calmly responded to everyone’s needs! Then when our appraisal came in low...Tom jumped into action and renegotiated with the seller for us to finalize the sale with money coming back to us! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
