I contacted Tolley and told him what I was looking for. He wrote offers for me on several different properties. Then he found me the perfect one. He helped me through the whole purchase process. So when I needed sell I knew who to call. He had several buyers within weeks of listing. And again took care of everything. All I had to do was sign and collect money.
