Toju Olagbaju

I initially reached out to Toju last November asking her if she was familiar with VA area. At that time I was just curious but fast forward to this past summer I reached out again and told her I was ready to buy a house a wanted to move ASAP. Toju scheduled tours for 3 properties, one of which sold before she confirmed the viewing but luckily she was able to add another property last minute. The moment I walked into the last property, I instantly knew this would be my new home. As we stood in the living room I told her I wanted to put an offer in and my girl Toju got right to work! Toju made my homebuying experience a breeze. I told her what I wanted, the price range, and the area and she found the perfect place. From the day I toured on 08/06 to when I closed on my condo on 08/23 it took 16 days! 5 stars is just not enough to rate Toju or my experience. 10's across the board!!

Blessed to have had Toju as my Real Estate agent. From looking at housing options to narrowing down to my ideal choice of home, she was a great help in making the decision. She also helped with providing her insights when I started the mortgage loan process as well as pushing builders to provide a closing date as deadlines were being pushed back. Finally after closing date she still provided guidance on post purchase steps to help avoid unnecessary fees. Overall Toju is the best at what she does and will always recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the DMV area.
