I have had 2 real estate transactions with Todd and he has consistently been one step ahead of the party sand their agent. He must be a good chess player because battleship doesn't teach you this. In my case I had a very easy escrow due to Todd's negation of terms on the way in. So yes, He's one of my recommendations whenever the subject of Real Estate comes in in casual conversation or otherwise.
