We literally picked Todd out of the blue - but...
We literally picked Todd out of the blue - but boy are we glad we did! We had had a couple of less than positive experiences, and were feeling frustrated...but then we called Todd. Todd was professional, and kind, and understood our needs, and was great about keeping in contact. He was honest, and forthright, and always willing to go the extra mile. We appreciated his work ethic very much. Even after closing, I contacted Todd with a question, and he offered to take care of it - and did!!! He is a GOOD guy!! Would certainly recommend Todd to anyone!
