They Tracy Team was absolutely amazing!! We worked with them for a year to purchase our dream home. We were looking in the heat of the market and making offers on homes left and right, and never having an offer accepted. They didn't give up on us, we adjusted our game plan a few times to fit the changing market and interest rates. We finally found our dream home, in our dream location and under budget. We made an offer and the sellers chose another offer, went under contract and for some reason fell out of contract. We immediately put in another offer on the property. Todd helped us negotiate the price, a new roof and money for a new septic. With his wide range of contacts he has we were able to get the roof replaced before closing to allow us to use our VA loan but where the seller paid them out at closing. I guess the other contract fell-through because of the roof issue and Todd knew exactly what to do to get us to the closing table. With a VA loan I was shocked we were able to make this happen, a few humps in the road along the way but the whole team was on-top of every issue and getting it handled with ease. Even the day of closing, Todd checked to make sure the seller concessions was on the final document and when it wasn't he made sure they fixed it before we sign. They were amazing in looking out for our family. Making sure we got the best deal for our money. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!! The home appraised 40k over our contract price and we got a new roof and new septic. If you are a VA buyer, you should definitely choose The Tracy Team, as military vets they look at us like family and treat us as such. 10 out 0f 10 would recommend!!!
