Todd was fantastic from start to finish. We explained what we were looking and he made sure only to give us listings we would consider. Anytime we discussed what we liked, disliked, or how we wanted to proceed. For example, he would explain that we could do our route by doing X, Y, and Z, but he recommended doing it another way and would clearly explain why he suggested that. When it comes time to sell our home, we will use Todd again.
