Todd met with us and explained to us his strategy and what we needed to do on our end as owners and we agreed on this. We signed papers and they scheduled stuff to get read like photos and marketing and set up the open house. The open house was successful and got offers that was above the listing price as they predicted and Todd went beyond what was expected to get the transaction finished.
