Todd is very knowledgeable and keeps you up to date throughout the entirety of the deal. I have been in the real estate industry my whole life, and Todd is certainly one of the best. 10/10 would recommend.
Todd Taylor is on of the best realtors I had a pleasure to meet and work with. He has a great wealth of knowledge about everything that has to deal with real estate, be it buying, selling, and/or investing, ect. Todd helped me sell my investment property. Before meeting with Todd, I had other realtors that would not answer to my txt messages, or return my calls. Some realtors did not even want to help me sell the property because it had unusual circumstances. Todd met with me, re-assured me that he can help with the transaction - and he stood by his word! With Todd's help, I was able to sell the property very smooth. He has a lot of good connections in many different areas that make the real estate transaction as smooth as it can be. This was by far the best experience I could have asked for when working with an agent. Todd was fantastic to deal with on selling our house. Everything he said he would do, he did, and everything he said would happen, pretty much unfolded that way. Can't ask for much more than that! I was especially impressed with his counsel when we had multiple offers- putting what was best for our family above his own financial interest on the deal.
