My dad unexpectedly had to move to assisted living, his house was in bad shape and full of things he could not take with him. Todd not only was a fantastic, responsive agent, he worked with us to clean out the house, and update floors and bathrooms, new paint in and out and other items along the way. He also move things my dad wanted to keep into storage. We got several bids for time lines for this work, most were at least two times as long at way more expensive. Todd did all the work in three weeks, got it on the market and sold it in quick order for a price higher than expected. I live out of state and when the closing date changed, Todd drove an hour each way to pick up my dad and transport him to the closing and supported him through the closing. He also has checked in with my dad, sent him holiday treats after the house closed. He still responds to texts and my family now considers him a friend. If you need a trustworthy, hard working real estate agent, Todd is the person you should hire!
