Our experience with Todd was fantastic. Was genuinely surprised how attentive he was during our entire experience. Compared to our previous purchasing agent he was leagues above them. Glad he made the time to be there for our inspection, as he had questions I wouldn't have thought to ask the inspector, which helped us get a good portion of our closing costs covered by the seller.
