He was very knowledgeable about zoning and many other things, but when he didn't know something, he made a point of doing the research and getting back to me promptly. We had a great experience working with Todd. As first time home buyers, we didn't know exactly what we were getting into. Todd took the time to explain everything each step of the way, made sure we were aware of all options available to us, was quick to respond to all texts/calls/requests to see homes, and always worked to accommodate our schedule.
