Todd was extremely knowledgeable with our market! Took the time to truly listen to me and my wife's home desires to help narrow the search for us which is crucial, otherwise the home search can be frustrating and overwhelming. His communication and timely response to me and my wife was amazing! In other words, he NEVER missed a call or did not respond to a text-email immediately. He was patient and flexible with our busy schedules. We cannot say enough great things about Todd as a very professional real estate agent, but more importantly, as a person.

He answered all of our questions & gave us the information we asked for & then some. He really went the extra mile & we could totally depend on him. Once we found the home that we ended up purchasing, he kept on top of everything throughout the process to make sure we ended up closing successfully.
