Lucky for us we took a chance with Todd after seeing his name multiple times on social media and he didn't disappoint. The pictures and video package he put together for our home were like nothing I've ever seen. Since my wife and I work and have dogs that roam the house when we aren't there, Todd would always arrive at our home and kennel our dogs before the other agents arrived to show the home and would let them out after they left. This was HUGE for us. Not only did Todd help us sell our home, but he also helped us secure a rental home from start to finish. Todd was also willing to help us move and even though we did not take him up on his offer, it was a nice gesture. If anyone is in the market to purchase or sell I would recommend Todd 100 times as he is an all around great guy.

Had trouble selling vacant lot with past 2 local real estate agents. Lasted over a year with them before giving Todd a chance. Todd was on top of it from day one. Visited the property and got signs posted and listed right away. He also did something the other two agents didnt do and that was use technology. He wss able to do a video of property and advertise it online. This was crucial because the property was on a mountain and exposure was limited. In less than six months the property was sold which included the christmas season. I definitely would recommend Todd to anyone and plan on working with him on future endevours.
