A True Closer and Businessman

Todd accomplished something that not many have been able to - Let me put my full faith in him to start, maintain, and close a deal. We were selling our house, in a very desired neighborhood of Temecula CA, right as the housing market began cooling off in early-mid 2022. We had a corporate relocation package that included choosing from a pool of realtors. Todd stood out after the interviews. Instead of simply throwing together some easy comps to justify a sales price, he actually analyzed data from houses that were truly comparable in all possible aspects. This analysis also explained how real-world data compared to Zillow. It was a beautiful and thorough business plan. The plans from other realtors we interviewed were simply laughable compared to Todd's. Offers were few and inconsistent given the selling frenzy of the past 2 years. However, Todd had a solid marketing plan with numbers and a documented strategy he shared on demand. The offers eventually came in once the market steadied some again. Despite being under pressure to sell our house, so we can get an offer accepted on a place where we were moving to, Todd, kept everything smooth and on track despite me getting in the way a few times. Ended up closing a few days early as well. Walked away with an insane profit after 2 years of home ownership. My only problem with Todd is that I could not clone him to be my buying agent at the destination.
