Was trying to buy a home during the pandemic without being able to enter the state was a huge feat. I became very reliant on Todd to do a lot more steps than a normal transaction. He viewed homes for me and provided feedback that really I could trust. He knew the area very well but most importantly he listen to all of my wants and needs to find exactly what I was looking for.
