Todd just helped me buy my first house. He was extremely helpful and a great person. Takes the job seriously and isn't just trying to make a sell. Was down to earth and very honest when looking at houses that were less then desirable. Todd is fantastic at networking and advertising your home. My husband was really skeptical about selling our home. He assumed we would need to do some upgrades and he also thought we wouldn't get nearly as much as our realtor was listing for. We ended up getting 5k over our asking price. We sold our home for the same price another home down the street sold with the same layout, sq footage and it had many upgrades. I credit this to Todd's work ethic and networking skills. Half the people who viewed our home came because their realtor showed them our home specifically. Todd reached out to a number of realtors to get our home out there. The first week we had THREE offers. He is so knowledgeable and such a hard worker. We also bought a home with the help of Todd. Let me tell you, I would text this guy an hour before I wanted to see 1-5 homes and he'd set it all up, ASAP. He was super responsive. He never made me feel pressured and even told me multiple times when he didn't feel a home was a good investment. He was 100% honest and you can't find that everywhere.
