We were in touch with Ellen and Todd for a year and a half before we finally were able to make the move from California. They were lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. They communicated and chatted with us off-line the entire time to help make sure that we felt comfortable and confident about our new move. Moving from out of state comes with its concerns and issues, but Ellen and Todd were on top of everything and made that transition as seamless as it could be. we couldn’t ask for a better team!

We moved from Michigan to Texas so we were selling and buying at the same time which was stressful in itself. Our selling agent was horrible so when we had questions Ellen was amazing and helped guide us from her end even though it wasn’t her job. Ellen and Todd made our cross country move so easy, our home buying experience great, and any question we had from either side they helped us out with. We arrived to our new home with a HUGE sign out front that said “Welcome to your new home” which was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about Ellen and Todd. If you are moving then I highly suggest having Ellen as your agent. You won’t be disappointed.

Woke up today to our first morning in our new home and feeling so grateful and full of joy! We made the leap to move here from San Diego earlier this year, and while it’s been an adjustment, it was so worth it to end up in the gorgeous home we bought! Huge thank you to Ellen Pool and her husband Todd for helping us find our perfect home in the cutest neighborhood. They were so helpful and knowledgable from beginning to end and we couldn’t have done it without their help and expertise. One thing I love about them is if they don’t know something, they have someone who does! They were also kind enough to send someone over to fix some holes in the walls left by the previous residents and touch up the paint and it made the house look that much more beautiful and took one thing off our to do list! We had a schedule conflict at the last minute and they were able to make the necessary adjustments to help us still make signing happen on closing day. We worked with Mark Lane on Danny Tyroch’s team as our lender and I cannot say enough good things about him! We spoke with multiple lenders and Mark was by far the most helpful and responsive. He was available to answer any question we had and walked me through every detail. I was nearly in tears of frustration trying to understand the info from the lenders and Mark was the only one to explain things to me and make sure I was getting the best deal available to us. The customer service piece provided by Danny and his team is unmatched. Uprooting your life is so stressful and difficult, but this team helped make this piece so much easier. Where do I start? It has taken me some time to adjust to our big move from CAt o Katy, TX. This reality has been a dream for my family for a few years now and we finally took the leap of faith. Before deciding that we were actually going to move, I ran across Todd and Ellen's Moving to Houston Facebook page. This was definitely God's work and by no accident. I started reading the reviews and following the different families that gave these great stories of the work of both Todd and Ellen. I continued to follow these stories and when we decided to move, didn't hesitate in contacting them for help. From the moment I met Todd and Ellen, I met the two most reliable, trustworthy, and humble individuals. On top of being amazing people, their expertise in the real estate market is top notch. Every question answered, any doubt turned around, and they called me throughout the process sometimes to just check in on me to see how I was doing and to share stories of inspiration. In addition to helping us find our dream home, the network they have built is by far the Dream Team. Danny Tyroch and his team with Movement Mortgage were so very helpful and so knowledgeable in the field of mortgages. The process was very smooth and they communicated with us every step of the way. They were very quick to answer any questions we had and ease any worry! Overall this has been such a great experience and one we won't forget. We are so thankful for Todd, Ellen and their Dream Team of experts. I highly recommend anyone looking to move to Texas to contact them. You will not be disappointed.
