We worked with Kristin and would highly recommend using her for your real estate needs. She was honest and prompt in all responses. She encouraged us to go with a higher pricing than we may have thought. We had a showing the day we listed it and sold it within 2 days, above the asking price. The photographer who came was very professional and did a great job. Amanda was also helpful in moving the process through the closing. We did most of the final process, including the closing, in another state which they made seamless. I would encourage anyone to use them.
