Listed my home and asked Todd to find new home in Martin County. I was down sizing and I asked to see three developments in Palm City which I had never seen. The first two had a few listings, we checked them out and the third was a small subdivision and had very little activity. The day a listing call up in the third development Todd called at 9 AM and we visited made a offer on the property and I one day it was under Contract. I am very happy with our decision.
