Todd is the most knowledgeable and hardest working realtor we have ever had. I highly recommend him. Todd helped us buy six rentals homes, rent them out and he is now helping us sell them. Several times at prices we never thought we would get.
He was great! Really knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He has a background in construction so he knows a lot about houses and gave me a lot of info I wouldnt have asked for. He really went the extra mile.
Listed my home and asked Todd to find new home in Martin County. I was down sizing and I asked to see three developments in Palm City which I had never seen. The first two had a few listings, we checked them out and the third was a small subdivision and had very little activity. The day a listing call up in the third development Todd called at 9 AM and we visited made a offer on the property and I one day it was under Contract. I am very happy with our decision.
Todd has 1 property for sale and sold 6 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
