Todd was the perfect balance for me during my search. I was probably more numbers and feature driven and he was checking in with me to make sure I still felt good about the purchase. As with any transaction there were issues, none that he was responsible for making, however Todd was right on top of the problems making solutions happen even before I could ask how they were going to be solved.
