Our experience with Todd Marshall was everything we could want. He was so friendly and responsive to our needs. During this Covid19 pandemic Todd was diligent in making sure we were safe as well as those entering our home. He kept us informed at all times what the real estate rules were and how the market was doing. He was knowledgeable about what the market was doing in our area.When we had an offer on our home he was right there with all the information and answered any questions we had. The sale of our home could not have gone smoother. We would recommend Todd Marshall to anyone without any reservations knowing he would do an excelled job whether selling their home or helping them buy a home.
