I can't say enough good things. Todd was such a pleasure to work with. My mother had passed away and I needed to sell her property while going through the probate process. I had zero experience with buying/selling property, let alone having to deal with the legalities involved with the probate process. Todd held my hand through it all; he educated me through the process and treated me with the respect and consideration I needed while dealing with the loss of my mother and selling her property. He had my best interests in mind. I received numerous offers just days after listing and Todd made sure that closing escrow was smooth sailing. Highly recommend working with Todd! I enjoyed the experience of buying my first home with Todd. He is a very knowledgeable, informative and patient realtor. He helped me negotiate the price of the house and get buyer credits. We must have looked at over 30 houses for me to make up my mind, and throughout the process he took notes and refined my search until we found THE ONE! We recently moved from the Bay Area to Camarillo. We knew we would have limited time in the area to support the home search ourselves so we were looking for an agent who would be able to provide the support necessary to help us find the perfect home, despite the fact that we were unfamiliar with the area and living hours away, and we were lucky enough to find Todd. Todd was readily available to help us with our search whenever we were able to be in the area. We were typically in town for just a day or two and he did an amazing job of ensuring we were able to see all of the homes we were interested in during our short visits. Todd also supported our search when we were not able to see a home in person by previewing the homes and making us videos, etc. Once we found the perfect house Todd did a wonderful job representing us when we couldn't be there ourselves. He was able to meet the other agent, our contractors, inspectors, etc. and made us feel comfortable throughout this process despite the fact that we were 5 hours away. We highly recommend Todd and cannot thank him enough for all of his help!!

Todd was one of the realtors that helped me in my home purchase a few years back. He was very friendly and easy to work with. They helped me deal with all the associated tasks including inspections, escrow, and loan paperwork.
