Todd was not only very patient with us during the recent purchase of our home but was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable regarding every aspect. The house we purchased was a complete fixer upper and Todd brought in many specialized inspectors to make sure that we were aware of any potential problems. Todd was always available and literally opened up the house daily so I could take a look and plan the remodel for when we closed. He has continually checked in with us to see how things are going and given us great advice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend!
