Todd helped the reviewer buy this property

The agent we needed.

From day one, Todd understood what we were looking for. He never pushed listings that didn’t fit our requirements, and every showing reflected our priorities. His responsiveness stood out most. Calls and texts came back faster than expected, evenings and weekends included. He stayed engaged through every step of the process, which kept our purchase manageable and stress-free. We always felt informed and never rushed. If you want an agent who listens and follows through, we recommend Todd Kimpton without hesitation.
