Todd has been very responsive throughout the entire process. His availability and communication skills make him stand out. He worked quickly to get our house listed and to start the marketing process. The work paid off in that we had multiple offers within days of going on the market. He continued to work hard to get us through a tough inspection process using his unique communication skills to work with the buyer and her agent to ensure a smooth closing. He even went beyond the expected in working with the out of town buyer to support and facilitate the purchase.
