Todd Heilesen did not know it but I was, for years, interviewing him and other realtors. I would periodically make contact with all those realtors with questions related to my neighbor. I knew at some point I would be selling my Northwood Park Estates house. When that time came, I engaged Todd. After leasing out my home for 5 years it had a significant amount of work to get it up to show quality as potential buyers would expect for a $390k property. Todd connected me with what amounted to a general contractor that directed various craft personnel and I can’t tell you what a difference that made. In less than a month the property was like brand new. My plans for a perfect listing period (Spring) was potentially hitting a major bump as Covid19 was hitting. The property went on MLS 5 days after Arizona went into a mode of Essential industry activity only. Todd won my wife and I an offer at asking price 2 days later and we closed 21 days after MLS.
