Todd Heilesen was my 3rd experience with a realtor and to tell the truth I had low expectations based on my past 2 experiences. Todd proved to me that all realtors are not the same. He was knowledgeable, attentive and competent. He gave us excellent advice, was attentive to our needs and kept us informed as to the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Todd was very professional and extremely easy to with. He listened and keep us informed every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about the area. Let us know what we should do to make the house showcase ready. With that being said we had 2 full offers in less than a week. Todd Heilesen did not know it but I was, for years, interviewing him and other realtors. I would periodically make contact with all those realtors with questions related to my neighbor. I knew at some point I would be selling my Northwood Park Estates house. When that time came, I engaged Todd. After leasing out my home for 5 years it had a significant amount of work to get it up to show quality as potential buyers would expect for a $390k property. Todd connected me with what amounted to a general contractor that directed various craft personnel and I can’t tell you what a difference that made. In less than a month the property was like brand new. My plans for a perfect listing period (Spring) was potentially hitting a major bump as Covid19 was hitting. The property went on MLS 5 days after Arizona went into a mode of Essential industry activity only. Todd won my wife and I an offer at asking price 2 days later and we closed 21 days after MLS. On Sept. 7th, we invited Mr. Todd Heilesen to assist us for selling our house at 2449 S 79th Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85043. It is just two months, the house was sold on 11/08/2019. During the selling process, Mr. Todd arrange everything for us from marketing advertisement, house repairing, documents preparing and signature process, to negotiate with buyers. Etc. He is very patient, experienced, professional, high efficiency and did wonderful job.
