I found Todd Goforth after searching on Yelp for a Realtor near me. I saw his 5 star yelp reviews and thus, I interviewed Todd along with two other real estate agents near me. Todd Goforth immediately stood out amongst the other Realtors, and was clearly the most prepared, had the best plan to sell my home, knew the most about the process and the market and also offered me a better deal than the other two realtors. Todd is a genuine person and honest Realtor, which isn’t that common in my experience as a homeowner and someone who’s bought and sold homes before in the past.
