I cannot believe that after just two years I had to sell my cute little house but Todd made it so simple from staging to marketing with unique methods I would never have thought of to negotiating all the offers that came in so I would get the best deal He was absolutely beyond what we could’ve expected or ask for Even though this property was not a high value he treated it like it was $1 million home and treated me the same He didn’t pawn me off to an assistant he personally handled every single step and as a single mother at the time I can’t imagine there is anyone else who could do a better job, and I know because I looked. If you need to sell your property no matter the size or amount you’re trying to get Todd will put more people in front of your home & negotiate The best possible deal He even helped the buyer with financing when their agent could not get it done!
