I was faced with selling my brother's condo witch was in very sad condition and Todd Finley was recommended to me. He met with me and gave suggestions on what and how much I needed to clean up. He brought the photographer who took amazing pictures considering what he had to work with, listed the unit and had viewings immediately. The offer we took was more than I expected and my brother will live comfortably for a while in assisted living. Todd was great from the start…from analyzing the market when we listed our home to the inspection objections and overall guidance throughout the whole process.

This is our second transaction using Todd, and we can't recommend him highly Enough! Always a pleasure to work with and would definitely use him again. When selling your home he uses all types of Technology to gather stats on your homes views, and responses to help fine tune the sale or your house, and keeps you completely informed of the reaction from potential buyers about your asking price, positive and negative feedback and suitability of the asking price. For the latest transaction, we ended getting an offer before we left Colorado, but unfortunately we moved before the actual close of escrow and there was a hailstorm that required us to re-roof the house before the close of escrow. Due to complications from the roofing company (i.e. they knew we were our of town, so they did not respond either our calls or emails), Todd went above and beyond by getting the roofing company on site, making sure they showed up the days they agreed to, and checking at end of day to make sure they made progress (Sending us pictures at the end of the day) and did this everyday until they were done. Due to his extra effort, the roof passed inspection the day before the scheduled closing, and thankfully closed on time. Thank you so very much Todd!
