This is the second time my husband and I purchase a home with Todd. this time we purchased a short term rental and Todd helped us furnish the home in a week!! His dedication to his craft is truly exceptional!

This was our first time selling a home and it couldn’t have been a better or more pleasant experience. From start to finish, Todd was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, professional and always available to chat through questions or ease a moment of stress. My husband was deployed during the entire transaction minus signing but Todd assured me from the beginning that I wouldn’t be doing this alone. He did not disappoint. He walked us through every process, answered 10,000 questions and always made me feel like I was his priority and for that I am extremely grateful. Our buying experience with Todd was phenomenal, yes there are highs and LOWS when home buying but Todd took care of us all the way. His knowledge of the market is very impressive and he makes sure that a client is educated, extremely well, on all of the details of the home buying process. Todd is not pushy, he's not interested in just another closing. Todd wants to help find the right house for you and make sure that you'll be happy there. We gave him a fairly complicated criteria list for the home we were looking for, he didn't try to show us homes that didn't' meet the needs, never pushed for our decision, didn't' try to sway us to a decision or get frustrated when we said no to a home that met the requirements but just wasn't right. Todd is a BUSY man with many clients but he would always treat us like we were the only ones, no matter how frustrating we were or how busy he was. He would take phone calls well outside of normal business hours, early or late, was always sending e-mails with listings at times when no one was awake in Jacksonville and didn't have days of the week where he wasn't willing to jump in the car and drive 10 mins to 1.5 hrs. away to show a home if it was available. He was always there when needed, has outstanding communication skills, is extremely intelligent in his field and actually cares about you being happy with the home you buy. Todd always had our back when it came to negotiating price or requests from either party of an offer and would advise, professionally, if something wasn't right with any aspect of an offer or counter offer. It was great to work with a realtor who had our best interests at heart and not just another commission check on their mind. Not only did Todd work tirelessly on getting us into our home, he placed the same amount of time and energy into selling one of my other homes during the same time period. Without a doubt Todd Erickson made our home buying and selling process a 5-star, A++ experience!
