Todd is friendly and courteous. He has gone above and beyond to make our experience happen. He spend a lot of xtra time doing things that where not his responsibility. Listing agent drop the ball more then once. Todd had no problem picking it up and straightening out the mess. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.
