Todd helped us sell our home and buy a new one. Todd is a local and has all that local knowledge that a newbie wouldn't. Our house sold very quickly, much faster than we expected! Todd was awesome at working with our schedules for showings. Todd's background in mortgage lending was an added bonus as he was able to answer some of our questions if our loan officer wasn't available immediately. Todd is a hard worker and took us seriously. Other agents we met were very pushy, impersonal, and had their bottom line in mind. Todd is personal, friendly, and awesome to work with. We highly recommend him!
