When listing my home it was important to me, to have an agent who was in complete alignment not only with my financial expectations but one who could also understand the thoughtful design and love put into my home. Todd not only "Got it", but was able to methodically articulate those fine nuanced details and aspects and really show my home the way it needed to be represented. I think the best validation I could give is to simply say that if/when I list another home Todd would get my business once again.
