Where do we start? Todd was very helpful in all aspects of selling our house. Never met a hands on realtor before, and we mean hands on! He was kind and patient, listened to our input, yielded to the direction we wanted to go and gave many helpful suggestions along the way. Todd was there to answer many of our questions that we had.
